collegefootballtalk.com has a tidbit on the latest out of "the you?" and just wtf is going to happen to coker, more like who is going to replace him. unsurprisingly, butch davis name has come up. but how about georgia's mark richt or tele tubbyville?? eh?? yea those two names come up along with rutgers' greg schiano(schiano and tubby former U assistants, richt a former qb)however, we're unhappy to report that one former U assistant, the one, teh only, the orgeron, is not under consideration. a couple of S darkhorses: bob stoops? stoops would most likely be nfl bound, but given all the BS this dude has been through up in norman from consecutive national championshp losses, constant high profile departures from his coaching staff(if lil brotha mikey is considered high profile, heh) bomar's pooh-pooh, and now the crap officiating, just to name a few.(throw in teh fact that A.P.28 is almost certain to go pro) it doesnt look like any mouth watering nfl jobs will be vacant this winter, but you never really know.
um, i had this other dude in mind but i forgot. see willie nelson article.

I've seen Tubby's name thrown around for the Miami job and the Texas A&M job, but I don't see him leaving Auburn, short of someone offering to double his already huge salary. He's got the system rolling there; the team is winning, recruiting is strong, and he's popular.
Some have suggested that he's still bitter about the whole botched firing fiasco from a few years ago, but I think he's over it.
The only other logical reason might be that Auburn wins the BCS trophy this year and he decides there's nothing left to accomplish, and he enjoys a rebuilding challenge.
For now, I'm going to say "not likely" on Tubby.
Likewise with Richt. I think he stays at UGA at least until he wins a trophy or Bobby Bowden retires and he gets a shot at the FSU job.
I don't think Teh Ewe hires someone as low profile as a Rutgers guy. They'll go for Butch Davis before that.
Want my best candidate for Miami? Petrino.
He's shown he'll interview elsewhere, as he talked to LSU. He runs a wide open, pass oriented offense, and they like that in Miami. And Miami can certainly pay him a lot more than Louisville.
throw in teh fact that his team just clobbered 'em and he's definitely a candidate!
